i did a search but couldn't really find a definite answer to my question. Can the maf sensor from a twin turbo aristo be used on a stock Gs300 are the exactly the same? do they give the same reading?

When I did my swap, I used the MAF from my GE on the GTE and it worked just fine. I don't see why it wouldn't work the other way too.
