Default help!!!!!!!!!

hello every body doing the 100 mile service im stuck here at the crank bolt so i can do the timing how did yal get it off i already broke 3 braker bars any info would be good thanks

You need the special tool from Schley. It is about $60 from Amazon.

Hose it down with Pblaster and let it sit for a bit then go at it with a really long breaker bar. I'm talking 5ft long here. If that doesn't work then heat up the bolt with a torch and try again.

Breaker bar as usual, place it on the bolt and angle the bar to the ground, use some wood blocks or something so its got a firm hold on it. Turn key for half second about 3 times, DO NOT turn car on. By the third time it will break loose. I just did this 3 days ago for my pops.

This of course can only be done if the engine turns clockwise... I'm pretty sure it does

no sir i went to nothern tools and got a 1000 lb 3/4 in tork rench and a shorter scoket we started with a deep 22 witch created play on the bolt but was going to change it any way and after that every thing eles was pretty easy excpet banging the crank shaft pully took a couple good hits but popd off so i changed both belts water pump,oil change, filters ,tranmission,drained power sterring flushed colent and a couple other things got one more day of work waiting on the crank shaft bolt tomm and i should be good to go. [any job is easy if you have the right tools and patice] lmk if any one needs help with some thing simlar.also picked up my jp 3 peice wing going to put it on after every thing is all said and done..

Ah good ol' impact. I rarely ever use breaker bars. My 1/2" impact usually takes out crank pulley bolts without problems, even on those mid 90s 2JZ.

Is there room to get in there with an impact?

Strap wrench always work with me. Or the strap wrench with the chain on it. Glad you got it though.
