Mechanic said my steering had to be off, and after the adjustments I see that my steering wheel is straight but my steering wheel column goes from high to slightly lower, looking left to right.
The steering wheel was not straight when he did the alignment. As in the steering was straight when he was in the car, as he was adjusting the toe for the front, the steering wheel could have moved. As him to redo the alignment tell him the steering wheel is crooked to you.
question to all.. how do we correct caster? does our 2gs even have caster adjustment?? or do i have to get the SPC UCA that has the caster adjustment lol
steering wheel can be set straight. its just a matter of perfection. the data u typed up is hard to comprehend. scan the printout they gave you. you should be able to get OEM specs easily with your stock height.
Well, my steering wheel is straight and I believe it drives straight, will run more tests. When I said my column is slanted, that is the part below the steering wheel, not quite connected to it directly, going into the dash. Does it matter if that is not straight?

Does anyone have an actual picture before they took apart there rear end of the adjustment lobes and what position they need to be in that's all, spare the extras just need to know what mark to set suspension to and go about my day.

I wouldn't recommend taking someone else's settings and assuming they will work for you. The toll time and wear takes on suspension parts will make everyone's settings unique as far as what is a correct alignment.
