Well, my first key got lost in the mail somehow after purchasing from NYC Auto Parts on ebay. Rick the seller contacted me personally, threw another one in the mail and apologized up and down. AMAZING customer service, definitely will recommend to anyone who hasn't bought from these guys yet! Can't wait for my key to arrive, I think Im going to try a Locksmith first instead of Lexus after hearing some of your horror stories.

Nice video! Got my two key's cut and my wife's additional transponder programmed today! The programming was a bit frustrating, but I worked my way through it with a little help from a friend who knows about programming Lexus key's! I love my two new flip keys! Thank's guy's for the info! The wife is happy and so am I!

Default Cutting key in ATL

Hey carbongs,
I just had mine done at Nalley Lexus in Roswell and they charged me 45 bucks. I had some new guy that was helpful but not really bright. He wanted me to check if the alarm will work in the new key fob before he cuts the key. In the process he took it apart and messed up the spring that makes the key flip out. I just asked him to cut the key, and I took it home and fixed the spring. Be careful when you put the transpodner chip in the new key fob. I got mine to work as it should after re-bending the spring inside.

i had thought bout super gluing the spring to the housing in that groove it has and maybe to the inside of the chrome piece but was gonna mess with more when i got it done.

ANYONE taken this to sewell to see if they will/can cut it? i would trust sending my key there to be finished

His customer service is really great, he refunded me after I told him what had happened to the key. Now I am thinking about ordering another one and having someone else cut it, the one's who got it get perfectly, you lucky b*******!

I have been calling locksmiths I found on line and every bit of them said "High Security" once I mention Lexus and wouldn't do it. What company did you use?
