Have you ruled out the battery yet? Sometimes when you get them recharged and it shows the battery is fine, it isn't.

Does it make a sound when you try and crank it? I recently had mine changed, and in the cold, it'll make an "eeeee" sound when holding it to the ignition.

Check your battery like mex_lex asked. Definitely a possibility that your battery isn't holding power, or has little or no power at all.

crank and no start sounds like a crank sensor, but try switching you key. It happened to me. crank no start, ran in the house tried my valet key and it started. Something to try..

friend of mine has a similar problem (not on a GS), they replaced battery, put on new terminals.. nothing seemed to solve it. the problem was later found to be the distributor.. there was a crack in it, and when it was damp outside (usually in the mornings) it wouldn't start because water would get in...

yeah...new battery..starter..plugs.....a friend told me to try my other key and see if it does it..............no strange sounds.....cranks like normal .....just don't fire for some reason.....I would think if it was a sensor it I would think it throw a code......so Im starting to lean to the ignition.......is it possible my key is basically dying????.....and its not disengauging(my spelling suck) the anti-theft..system.......

The key wouldn't be dying... it's more likely that the ignition switch is worn out. Then again, you said it cranks.

Check for spark and fuel if it is cranking normally. If there is "no spark AND fuel at the same time". Then it is the CKP sensor. GL!

check your fuel filter too, as well as fuel pump.

It's very easy to get to the fuel pump... just grab the seats and lift. I think when you turn the ignition on, you'll hear a hissing sound (not sure if that means it works or not).
