So all of the sudden you lose power at highway speeds with the accelerator depressed?

Yeah when cruising at speed, accel at same level.

it's possible for maf or tps, but it only occurs when cruising for about the same speed and mostly if not all only at highway speeds...

In that case, im not sure. Does the 430 even have a TPS sensor?

Check the TSB's for that model year.

Check your battery terminals, make sure they are not loose. It can also be the fuel pump.

I don't think it's battery as alt will still provide power, I've had the terminal loose before, there's no signs for that problem until you try to start the car.
