Default ((Cabin Air Filter ))

ive been reading alot on these forums about replacing the cabin filter and people saying how dirty it was when they took theres out etc....
so today i had some time to take mine out and WOW!!......was my filter dirty!
it had loads of dust/leaves/and also a dead bee HAHAha! and i think some hair? ....anyways i cleaned it the best i could and it still was dirty and i didnt wanna clean it no more because it felt like the filter was gonna rip, i also noticed it was a DENSO filter so i called my uncle that works at a Napa store here in Hawaii and he had 2 in stock so i going to pick up a new one tommorow for 19 bux (discounted price) ...*THANK GOD*

-little advice to everyone who hasnt changed there filter in a while or never........CHANGE IT =)

tony~

it shouldnt take more than 5 mins to change the cabin filter. i noticed that the dealership charges like 48 bux for it to be changed out. what is the price for the filter without the discount? i need to change mine too. i just dusted it off but need to change it out...

I found that Advance Auto Part has filter sales every now and then. I bought 2 for $35.

Yep thanks. But dang the price is a bit steep for a filter lol. I have a 3M purple type filter with charcoal odor sheet left over to make about 7-8 more filters. I guess I'll use these up then switch to the Blitz
