Thanks for the responses guys, I will check my Toyota Service Dept( That's where I get my Oil Change and rotates anyway) and compare them to Irontoad.

Did a search for Cabin air filter...
...and came up with this one, but I do remember another thread also discussing "rolling your own."
So, I've decided to try it as opposed to spending the $22 odd dollars to buy a new filter from my local Toyota dealer.
I went with an activated charcoal pre filter (about 3/16 thick) with 2 layers of fiber filter cut from a fresh home forced hot air heating system filter.
After a couple of weeks, the charcoal pre filter shows some dirt collected. I did not use the HEPA filter type as I did not want to restrict air flow (there appeared to be several different types available in paper form porous to true HEPA, some with flow ratings). Here are a few pics of the filter as installed. Both sides, one showing the charcoal pre filter and the other, the fiber filter material.

Ok, what's the trick to upload more than 1 pic to a post?
Filter showing the fiber material side (Down when inserted).
