Wasup ppls? Ok like I've said in other posts I have a 94 LS400. Well I'll be getting the GS soon. I'm an installer and with the style and features of this car I was inspired to start building a custom audio system.
Here's what I've bought so far.
-2 component JL 6.5s
--Powered by the Rockford P450.4

-2 15" Rockford P2s
--Powered by the Rockford P850.2

As far as power goes:
I know that there aren't any high performance alternators so...
-I'll run 0AWG from the alternator to my 200 watt relay. From there I'll break 2 lines of 2AWG one to the factory battery the other to the SV95 stinger dry cell in the trunk. From there I'll run a 4AWG distributor to the amps.

Out of curiosity has anyone tried this sort of power run in their GS and what was your results.

Also, seeing as how I have 15s, I will fiberglass. Can anyone post picks of their fiberglassed trunks?

**Are the trunk dimensions for the LS and GS the same??

Actually, the GS has a bigger trunk, but not as deep.

 

So wider but not as far back?
