Default Installing chrome door handles?? please help

hi,

does anyone have an idea how to install door handles on the gs? I just bought these chrome door handles for my lexus. I know how to take off the door panel but not sure how install the actual handles. The door handle is obstructed by a sheet of metal, any suggestion would help.
Thanks

Mike

most likely need a shop manual.

Someone on this board might be able to scan the page you need.

I don't have one unfortunately.

I'm in the process of doing this, as my car is being prepped for paint. It appears that the handle can be removed without removing the window glass or touching the regulator. The window would need to be fully up, and a small pair of hands wouldn't hurt.

I already have the interior door panels off and the speakers out... I'll look at it more closely over the weekend when I am at the shop.
