well this is my first time, the thing is i want to see it in details (pix.) on how to install it-i don't want to mess this thing up (ie: sctrach it, break it. etc. etc.), i'm not very familiar with these door parts. anyways the cost of the intallation is really off the hook - it is very well over price, i just called glendale lexus and they gave me a quote for $552.00/4.5 hours!!! really sux

anyhow, i think i'll try to do this mod this coming weekend-i think i'll do fine, given a full detail on how to do it

...installation price at the dealer

...don't be lazy and go to clublexus

My installer did the chrome door handles, LED wedge bulbs, LED side markers, and chrome trunk trim for $160. About four hours.

has anyone been in contact with TONE w/regards to the installation pictures? i've opened up the rear door panels and.... i'm suddenly scared

also, i don't understand how the child door lock is a problem? what makes it screw up when replacing with the chrome handles?

Default Installing chrome door handles!

Well I got chicken'd out and wouldn't attempt to do this mod myself, and reverted to a local mechanic who knows our cars inside and out and only charged me $160.00 to do the install! Both fronts were done in like 15 minutes but the rear took a little longer with total time taking maybe 1.5 hours with two mechanics working on each side! I'll post a pic of the finished product this evening! I love them and think they really compliment the car well!
