Default **GS430 kompressor/Supercharged!**

hey guys i am just so excited now!!! here is a pic of the RMM supercharger kit on my GS430, it feels more powerful now, but maybe only makes like around 40 to 50 HP without tuning, however it drives actually very smoooth and the shifting is just like stock , you can feel the the 2nd gear pulls harder than before~!! i was kinda surprised how smooth it drives.. but now it is running rich so the check engine light is on, gtg get it tuned~
stay tuned guys, i will keep u guys updated.

Glad to see you finally did it Andrew. Call me sometime and we should hook up once I get my computer from SRT (whenver that is). Which method are you leaning to on the tuning?

I too have been waiting to do this to my car but looks like you beat me too it!

00lexondub the kit should fit fine...there are no difference between the 430 and 400 engine positions so that was never a problem. But now kyle has the dilemma of trying to get a FMU to work right with the car....its all software at this point....

Kyle please do keep us updated on your tuning...congrats on being the 1st 430 to be supercharged....well that I know of anyways!

i too was worried that the kit would not fit the car, i called RMM prior to buying the supercharger, and they told me that they dont know if it will fit...so i called my friend at lexus and he told me it SHOULD fit no problem with the intake pipe being different and some bolts are different, thats all!
the rest of the mounting points are all the same between 400 and 430 but he told me that after tuning 430 should get more TQ than 400, being that it has larger displacement.
i will have to bring the car to XS engineering to let them tune the car, remember larry has a Black Turbo SC430? his ECU was tuned from XS engineering as well, custom job that it. it should be done in a week..we'll have to wait and see..
