I have a 40gb Sony Playstation 3 with two controllers (one red one black) and two games (Modern Warfare 2 and Rainbow Six Vegas 2) Everything is in like new 100% working order (cosmetically it is a 9.9/10). Only reason I am wanting to sell it is because I just never have time to play it anymore. Comes with all cables. (power, video, hd and a hdmi to dvi cable for computer monitors.)

I really have no Idea, I just bought it from a gaming store a few months ago and I need cash and its one of the few things sitting around that I don't use that I haven't sold already.

60gb and 20gb (Neither are made anymore) are backwards compatible.
