I phoned my wife a hour ago and I told her to turn on the ignition and roll down all of the windows and hold the driver window switch down for 3 minutes to reset the door actuators. It reset every door and actuator except for the right rear door that the body shop replaced when the deer ran into the car on the interstate. All of the doors respond to everything except for the right rear door that was replaced! Vehicle still will not start
Any chance this is still under power train warranty? Try disconnect battery for 5 minutes. Jump battery with another battery from other car and maybe its just low voltage.
I'm betting on a faulty ground connection to the body in the area of the repair. It's the only thing electrical that's changed since the accident, and by replacing the battery you've eliminated that possibility.

I don't think the battery was replaced for this problem as I think it had been replaced earlier unless I misunderstood.
Got my Lexus fixed . A rodent chewed a wire going to the rear brakes had the rear braking assist locked up and disabled. It kept the steering wheel locked and disabled the ignition push button to prevent the car from starting. It cost 300 dollars to fix the wire! 200 dollars diagnostic! Rear brakes were getting thin ! I went ahead and had the rear brakes pads replaced and the rotors turned 238 dollars!!!

I had all this done at the Toyota dealership. Thinking back I just had the oil changed a few weeks ago February 4th at the Lexus Dealership. The service writer recommended rear brakes and rotors 1700 dollars a cabin air filter and under hood air filter, plus the oil change was 2000 dollars. I told them to hold off on the brakes and do the oil change and filters . I paid 268 for the oil change and 2 filters . All of a sudden February 11th the rear brakes are locked preventing the car from starting. I spent 175.00 on a wrecker. 600.00 on a rental vehicle and 900 dollars to repair a wire and rear rotors turned and brake pads! I’m thinking the Lexus dealer pinched a wire so that the vehicle can be towed to them and they could gobble up and charge a huge bill!!!
Just got my ES about a month ago and soon after started noticing the AC blower would make a very annoying ticking sound. Anyways finally took it in and they said it was the motor itself so they ordered a replacement and just got it replaced today.
They gave me a new RX350 loaner and I have to say... very glad to be back in my ES!
You're not the only one who's said that about the new RX.
When Lexus loans you the RX they have to explain to you how to get out of the car as they learned that early on. If that has to be done that tells you it wasn't well thought out in design.

Yeah I noticed that. They gave me a whole spiel about it. I thought to myself how stupid do you have to be to not be able to figure out some electronic door switch. Then I go drop my wife off at the supermarket and she can't open the door. Push the button, push the button, JUST PUSH THE BUTTON! Still wouldn't open and I know she knows how to open and electronic door because we also have a Tesla with similar doors. Anyways after a while we realized it had something to do with the door locks. If I unlocked the doors it would let her open it but if they were locked it wouldn't automatically unlock and open (like very other car we've had). Plus I don't think the locks are physical as they make no sound locking or unlocking. Very strange and convoluted system.
Honestly not a fan of the entire key/locking unlocking in the RX or even the ES has its own oddities that I've never experienced in other vehicles I've owned.

The digital locks are part of the latest safety system and work pretty flawlessly in my one year of ownership. The door will not open if the camera detects oncoming traffic. Never tried to open a door when it's locked. We have it set though to unlock when shifted into PARK.

It was a loaner so I don't know what settings were set and I didn't bother messing with it. However I just drive to the front of the store, stop the car, don't put it in park because I'm just letting her out and it wouldn't open. I think I did then try putting it in park and still wouldn't open. Only when I unlocked the doors on my side did they open.
In my ES she can't leave her purse in the car because she has her key in it so it wont lock, I also can't lock the doors until everyone is out of the car. I'm told this is how it's meant to be so you don't lock yourself out or people can't steal it or what not. All I know is I never had this with any other car and I've never locked my keys inside or had my car stolen or what not. So clearly other manufacturers are managing to stop this some other way. Maybe they have more or more sensitive sensors that can detect key location better or can detect multiple keys. Dunno.

I've never had a modern car that would allow you to lock it from the outside with the FOB inside.
