2021 ES 350 premium. 10K, bought it off-lease with 4K. Extremely happy with purchase. No rattles, no transmission jerkiness issues, perfect build and aligned panels. Nothing to complain about except subpar base sound system and even that is not really bad, just that I’m audiopholic and couldn’t wait for an ML option to become available.
Any chance this is still under power train warranty? Try disconnect battery for 5 minutes. Jump battery with another battery from other car and maybe its just low voltage.
im at 105,000 miles right now. Don’t know if I have any warranty at all . It’s fixed now. Cost me a thousand bucks at the Toyota dealership. I could not imagine how much it would have cost at the Lexus dealership.
Help! 8 hours away from home ! Parking Support Brake Malfunction!
Okay , 2019 Lexus ES 350. So a few weeks ago the parking assist was unavailable! Had the car towed to Toyota. Technician said that he fixed a wire going to the rear brakes from a rodent chew. 175 for the tow. 200 diagnostic. 300 for the wire repair and 286 for rear rotor turned and pads. I doubt that he fixed a wire. Maybe turned off the light with his scan tool. Any how, I haven’t worked in a year and a half due to a job related spinal cord injury. Wife and I had to drive to Dallas to see a spinal specialist. 200 miles before we get to Dallas a yellow flashing light with exclamation point comes on , parking support brake malfunction. See your dealer and a rear impact icon light is flashing. What do I do? ! Dealership here in Dallas said they are going to want to keep the car if we bring it in and have them diagnose it. I don’t know what to do!!! My injury left me permanently disabled! I’m scared of surgery! Not working. Please help! Can I still drive the car ?

Good eye by @ESh , unless the car was moving or the brake malfunction trigger a check engine light. RPM should be around 500-750 (below #1). Could you check the "Vehicle Alert" screen for more info?
I'm not sure which one, but supposedly Autozone, Advance Auto Parts or Pepboys will read check engine lights for free. Maybe you could try that.
Right before it happened we planned to stop and fill up because we were approaching a 1/4 of gas. The malfunction just so happened within a mile of two of existing. I didn’t want to put the car in park or shut it off so I kept it in neutral while my wife pumped the gas. The car started stalling and hesitating like it wanted to shut off. I had to hold my foot on the brake and gas and rev rpm’s while she filled the tank. After we got done pumping I parked the car , placed it in park and stomped on it a few times. It seemed to be okay so, we headed back out to the interstate
How about today we left the hotel. We visited downtown Dallas. Parallel park the car. All of the blind spot monitors seemed to be working. We went inside a western store to window shop. Came back outside to leave and head back to the hotel room and all of the lights disappeared! What about that!!! Kinda crazy!!!! Still don’t know what to do or understand
Its amazing to me how complicated the car is compared to my last one (OK it was a '99 Avalon so let's get that out of the way).
But so far complicated has not meant problematic.
That said, the only glitch I can report is the "Hey Lexus" audio response I get is randomly very faint in volume. I keep my volume control constant so that's not the problem. Today I commanded the AC to turn OFF and I heard the barely audible response "AC has been turned OFF" . tried it a few more times and the last time it was perfectly audible. Like I said, it's random.

This has been a hectic last two years. Had a terrible back injury at work. Gained 40lbs because of the injury and stress. Cannot work or work out without excruciating pain.Yesterday I was diagnosed as a 7.1 a1c diabetic because of not being able to work no exercise limited mobility. Hard to take pain killers because Im afraid to mix pain pills with my Xanax I take from panic attacks. Friday I have to drive 2hrs to see a spinal specialist. Will this malfunction light be ok? Light illuminated while running errands. Car seems to be in normal operation but light is freaking me out.

Make sure the windshield is clean in the area in front of the rear view mirror
