It very well might remove some of the stain, that's why I suggested testing on a hidden place.

I would use a toothpick, nothing else. You will remove all the dots without doing any harm to the steering wheel.

got some leather conditioner and cleaner spray by Weiman !

gonna take the easiest safety steps first!!
trust me it’s annoying cause I’m always looking at me steering wheel when I drive .
there more dots around the wheel cause like a dummy I was cleaning the spray paint cap in the driver seat!!
