I have not found Toyota engines to be particularly quiet. Your engine sounds fine to me, other than a mild clicking that sounds like worn lifters. That would be a little premature for an engine with only 60K miles. You may want that checked out before the warranty runs out. Did it run out at 60K miles?
I think my engine is generally noisy, people are very quick to just say its the direct injection but are not differentiating between the sounds.
I recently did a flush and used 5W30 oil that I recorded in another post, not much change. I will be putting in TGMO 0W20 and updating soon.

Except, the 6th gen does not have direct injection.
That's sounds nosier than mine, (2015) and I hear that dreaded lifter ticking noise from engines made a few decades ago. But, will that do any damage? Definitely use the correct weight of oil as well as full synthetic. That will not change the tapping sound, though. Someone will know if that is harmful over the long run. If I was buying your car and I knew what the engine "should" sound like, I probably would pass. See if it returns or gets worse. It may not be that serious or caused by something minor?
