This is good advice. I wouldn't change anything until your other issues get resolved one way or the other. Corporations have a way of transferring things back to you when alterations are made. BTW, speaking for myself, but I think I can say I speak for the other members as well, we're hoping that your new car gets fixed properly as it should have been in the first place..

It is really hard to say. I don't think that you will know for sure until someone with the right expertise in detecting work done on a car can get his/her eyes on the car to evaluate the situation. It could be that there was damage done to the vehicle before you took possession, but I'm sure that there are other possible explanations.

Personally again...and you can do what you want, but this rattle could have been caused by something done to the car like we have been talking about. Id let them fix it all...

Ok yea your right I will let them fix it. That is if they do fix it and not keep saying its normal. I had even told them that the door rattles and that wasn't fixed either. And that it was also normal.

You need to see a different dealer, but FIRST off to the nest body shot you know and let them look.. maybe even get an estimate so u can have proof for Lexus rep.

It pops right out if you use a trim pry tool. I put a pic in my door speaker post:

Good luck with the rattle.
