Stupid Question

THIS IS A STUPID QUESTION. I GOT A 93 ES300 FOR MY FIRST CAR. WHAT DOES THE ECT PWR BUTTON AND THE OVERDRIVE BUTTON DO? THANKS

The ECT button raises shift points and burns more gas....the O/D locks out 4th gear.
