Question Jerking Problem!

Hey all, I have 05 es300 auto trans and when car goes into 2nd gear and sometimes third it jerks. I have had the motor mounts replaced and problem still remains. I brought it to a shop and they said it wasnt the tranny and it could be a drive train problem and the drive train replacement would cost lots of money. Could anyone maybe give me other sugestions on what to look for?

Just curious.....how many miles on the car, and is the factory warranty still in effect?

I would consider the kickdown cable adjustment, except for the fact that it doesn't happen all the time.

And considering a 2005 has no kickdown cable. It is electronically controled.

By the way. If it is an 05, its not a ES300, it is a ES330.

Default brakes

Possbilly the brake are exacerbating it if one or more are locked/frozen up.

But the mounts, exhaust leak, intake leak, etc that everyone else is what I would guess are the most likely.

Another thing, you said 05 here. But, you meant 1995 since your profile says you have a 1995. You kinda confused people on that since a 2005 ES posting should be under the other thread. I think I solved this one.
