My check engine light came on and I took it to Autozone per this forums suggestions---thanks.
My code came up as P0031 and I haven't found that code in this forum. Any help is appreciated.

The details: "The PCM has determined that the voltage signal for oxygen sensor 1 heater control in bank 1 is too low for the current engine operating conditions."

Is this something that should be replaced quickly?

 

the tech at autozone have any ideas? mine actually told me what to replace in mine when a different code popped.

replace the o2 sensor

 

I have a 2002 ES300 with 46, 000 miles. Is this common for the 02 sensor to go bad with this few of miles?

no its not. from the looks of it depending on when u got the car u might be under factory warr

 

Unfortunately I got the car in Oct. of 2001 so I'm out of luck as far as the warranty goes.
