Reverse torx I think it is. They should have them at any auto store.

I figure it out....
but now when i remove the sparkplug tube seal some of the rubber pieces was stuck inside the hole. What type of chemical or some type of liquid that i can use that eats out rubber. I was trying to remove some of it by scraping it with a small flat head screw driver, but the rubber pieces is really stuck in there.

Flat head screwdriver. Hit it at a sharp angle, and it will bend the metal ring in the rubber. Then stick the screwdriver in, and pry it out.

Make sure you bend up the small metal prongs 1st.

I've done the gaskets on many 1MZ's, thats how I always do it.

For instalation, rub a little oil around the edge of the new gasket to help it slide in. Your going to have to hammer it in. If you have a socket the same size (I think I used a 30mm), hit it gently in like that.

I did manage to remove the old sparkplug tube seal by bending the two metal tabs and using a 21 mm socket, hammer it out. But now the outer layer of the tube seal is stuck in the round circle, what do i use to clean the rubber particles that is left in there.

O.k. now i understand what your saying, i didn't know the outer ring is metal. I thought it was all rubber, i couldn't really tell with all the motor oil residue.

Damn! i broke 2 bolts while torquing it to specs at 12ft lbs. So now i need a bolt extractor. Anybody know what type of bolt extractor i need, I went to lowes and bought that all in one screw extractor, but it does not fit into the hole.
