i started to drive my IS 250 in (ect sport mode) and have noticed that it seems to be faster? is it me or im just delusional. and is it safe to drive it in that mode constantly? i love it when im about to enter the xway ramp and then i floor it WOT....all i can say is for a IS250 im lovin it, i bet the 350 is even a much better experience.

Time for me to test this out myself later on my way to work, ever since buying the car I haven't bothered with ECT PWR mode yet.

 

I tried that earlier and call me crazy, but it did seem faster.

 

kinda kool isnt it! i am now driving in the power mode full time, once in a while i like to just floor it and feel the rush, not to mention the sound of the F-sport ehaust as well.

Yes it does, but I was referring to my IS250. It's bone stock for now and I would like to get F-sport exhaust and an intake for it eventually.

 

ok, i see then. one day i was driving my IS and i had seen an " F " looked real nice! anyway it had the F-sport exhaust and when he took off i was like " i'm gonna have to get that " and i did. i got the exhaust and F-sport springs at same time from the lexus dealer. i love to keep the rpm's around 2200 because it makes the exhaust just sound amazing and causes others to stare. lol . kinda like how the stare at your isf....

 

I have yet to hear an F-sport exhaust in person. Based on the pictures I've seen, they look great though.
