They're pretty common around here, too.

 

I see several of them every day. They're hideous but there is a market for them. People with money who want everybody to notice them are jumping on this

reminds me a bit of when the hummer originally came out. or even a lambo... people mostly buy them to be 'noticed'.

I was behind one yesterday that was all over the road. When I went past him it was a guy on a video call holding his phone up and just laughing and having a great time. While driving.

 

Most people in the Bay area drive them normally, with the occasional idiot. You'll find the bulk of erratic drivers in SoCal, the capital of people who want to be noticed

Haha grew up there...know my peoples . When friends and relatives from SoCal come here for a visit, the first thing they ask me is why do we drive so slow here 😆SoCal is all about being seen. And heard. Sorry @bowser

 

SoCal has the best car **** in the world, specifically Los Angeles. It's the car capital of the universe.

I would DIE to be able to drive our Silver Arrow SL around LA and would drive it out there but I don't wanna put 3k miles on it each way... Believe it or not while living there I didn't see too many R129s, let alone special ones.

 

Do what a lot of people do, put it on a trailer and bring it with you

There you go! When I trip to SoCal, I see a lot of people towing everything from classic cars to jeeps. That way you can take into the city and will only put maybe a couple hundred miles on it at most. Just make sure you put a club on it 🤣
