Future Tundra
Celebrating Lexus & Toyota from Around the Globe
https://motorandwheels.com/where-are...-tacomas-made/
Truck production in Mexico has been happening in Baja MX since 2004 when the 2nd generation Tacoma was introduced and Tesla's NUMMI under GM-Toyota ownership built the Tacoma (until 2010). Mexico Tacoma production has been a thing since 2004 and will be 100% Mexico for MY 2022.
I'll move back to discussing Tundra and end off topic talk.

So, as for the Tundra. It has yet to be seen when it will be revealed.. Since there are no auto shows, Toyota will likely wait and do a reveal similar to the Sienna and Venza, later this year. I was confident that dealer teaser had nothing to do with the Super Bowl, as Toyota has never operated like that.
Toyota don't reveal products in commercials, at ALL. Someone mentioned the '07 Tundra being revealed in a Superbowl ad, but clearly forgot that it was revealed in February 2006 at the Chicago International Auto Show first and then went on sale in January 2007.
The 2007 Superbowl did feature the Tundra, but it wasn't a reveal. It was to let truck buyers know, it's out there and to head into their nearest Toyota dealer.
They really seem to very confident about it obliterating Ford, Ram, and GM, but I won't stoop to partisanship. As both an F-150 and Tacoma owner, I look forward to the future of BOF Toyota lineup.
