2021 Cadillac Escalade
I’m sure this new one will be much better. It looks better. The outgoing Escalade doesn’t feel any better inside really than a high spec Yukon.

I think that's a telluride. I think the fact that the screen is wider and shorter makes it look WAY better than that lincoln joke.
And telluride's cousin, palisade, has the screen integrated into the whole gauge cluster which i think looks great.
Personally speaking, the Navigator at this point looks dated...
I think the Corolla hard buttons make the tablet look excellent.

It sounds like you won't be buying a RR, MB, Infiniti or others anytime soon.
Wow. Personal huh? Your cars are not even owned assets. Even my cheapest car adds to wealth. But it’s depreciating unfortunately....you own nothing.
That’s good. Let me know when you actually “buy” a car...you lease right?

I’ll just have to make do with all my other assets, those ones that go up in value lol
And it’s the truth, you don’t buy cars like this, so you saying you would never buy one car over the other doesn’t mean much. You’d never buy any of them.
When you make a judgement like calling a whole
category of vehicles “crap” you’re going to get some snark in response.

I have always viewed unibody as disposable (in every segment)and front wheel drive + transverse set ups further ads to that feeling. With that all said, some of the advantages that unibody brings should not be dismissed...but not everything that unibody design brings is positive

Same here. I'm not (yet) convinced that, all else equal, unibody can safely carry and tow the same amount. The Escalade, like the Navigator, has already traded the durable live axle in the rear for less-stout IRS, but that, of course, was a concession to the customer's desire for better road-manners and ride comfort.
The biggest improvement on recent full-sized GM trucks/SUVs, of course, have been the brakes. They were once notorious for Push-and-Pray and many issues/problems.

I have always felt that unibody is somewhat disappointing in every single segment. Those big Buick, Cadillac’s and Lincoln’s from the 70, 80, and early 90s always had a better ride, isolation and impact resistance compared to unibody.

Makes zero sense but okay.
