Brilliant move on Cadillac's part to add the remote dial as well as the a touchscreen.

That may prove to be popular. Who knows? It could mean the end of GM though...
They still make me laugh, as an organization...my time slot was cxld for the CTS-V drive, and my buddy's was not. 1 hour apart--canceled the afternoon before on a Friday. He asked them why, and they said well we weren't sure about what the weather would be, so we canceled all the morning time slots. He showed them that he had this app called weather.com and it actually predicted the next 5 days' weather. Same venue (Giants stadium), BMW held the autocross in the pouring drenching rain. Such a different mentality. So to do a bogo, would not surprise me too much, I'd wonder what the catch was, like maybe the cars are actually 2nd gen Cimarrons...

I can't upload a pic for some reason. But is the absence of a full digital gauge cluster not a major omission here for Cadillac? This is supposed to be aimed at the millennial gen. Is that not a mistake?

I like it, I think it will sell well.

Baby steps, I guess. At least it's not the joke of an IP cluster like in the ATS. I wonder if you have to move up in higher trim levels to get that feature.

But the iDrive style controller, quality looking IP, abandonment of the haptic controls, a nice looking shifter, and available vented seats are all a good sign that maybe they hit the mark on this one... Only time will tell with Caddy, though.

I think it will be the same song and dance for Cadillac. In a few years we will be hearing how this XT4 didn’t catch on all that well or whatever.

It seems that Cadillac is softening its Arts and Science look, and this one is starting to look somewhat generic, to my eyes, with hints of Volvo and Honda in the back.

A few years would not be too bad, but if we are complaining about it in 18 months, then it truly will be same-old, same-old for Cadillac.

If the Nissan Juke and spindle-grille Lexus SUVs managed to sell in this SUV-crazy market, then I wouldn't be too concerned about how the XT4 will do.

Cadillac has smoothed out that front end...

You don’t like it? I don’t think it is bad. The copper or orange color debut model was bad.

Weak offering. There is nothing "standard of the world" here. The front and side profile is no greater than what Chevy could offer. Front styling is generic and rubbermaid. Prius C taillights are down-market. Dash is plain and ho-hum. Yet another missed opportunity for GM. Deep rebates and incentives to come. Story is getting tiresome.

Extremely nice car. The only thing I don't like is that they made the taillights cut into the trunk. They should have made it extend all the way down so that it looks less like a volvo and more like its older bro the escalade.

Not sure what either of those things have to do with how well this Cadillac will sell. Personally, I'd look at how recent Caddy offerings fell short as a better indicator than Nissan Juke sales.
