I had 3 MKIVs. The new Supra doesn't appeal to me. I don't hear many Supra fans buzzing about it.

A few current MKIV owners also bought MKV's. I own a MKIV and don't hate the MKV like many others do, it is what it is. There are other options C8, R35 etc.....Toyota is not the same company they were in the 90's when it came to Sports Cars.

That engine has a serious case of wiring and piping spaghetti.

I know, even the current Camry V6 looks a bit messy.

So I watched the entire video the block looks strong but not as strong as the 2JZ, which is extremely heavy and about the highest quality cast you'll find. A few potential weak points stand out right away, electronic thermostat, mechanical fuel pump, oil to coolant heat exchanger. Timing chain is on the back of the engine hopefully the setup is reliable. I couldn't quite see the ignition coils wanted to know if they are Denso or Bosch or something else.

Yep, lol. I'm a big GM fan but wouldn't touch any other American make, that's just me personally.

This C8 is beyond insane, Porsche fans and the brand as a whole should be nervous.

Dying to read a road test once someone legit gets their hands on one.

Saw a red Supra in the wild today headed (presumably) back to the local Toyota. Sounds like a BMW
