it's always a great idea to have lexus specialist around here to help out, sometimes it can go both ways and you get ideas from owners that you can feedback to corp.
Any inside scoop from your dealership on the LFA program (what was good, not so good, what the dealers really wanted vs what they got regarding the car)?

In terms of the LFA since they limited production to only 500 units, many dealerships didn't sell LFA's most were bought directly form the manufacture. But Lexus wanted these units to be driven not sit in some persons fancy garage. I mean trying to lease or fiance a $400K car is pretty hefty. That's my knowledge on that.
Any yeah I can try to bring back some stuff to corp when they visit the dealership here. They're always willing to listen to ideas! Weather it goes into production or not is another story haha
What I am getting at is, were the folks at your dealership on board with the LFA program or did they think it was a waste of effort (like that could have been put into building the long overdue turbo 3.5 needed to power the IS and GS cars).
Hello and welcome. There are a handful of Lexus LTS and LDS that are members here on CL. Here are 3 OP's you can bounce ideas off if needed. Though you're probably already on Daily Chatter Salesforce

Some where on board just because it was a amazing feet to accomplish by Lexus, but most agree it shouldve been put into other advancements in technology and engine work. A turbo was long over due ( which we do have now) and the 3.5 altho good, has terrible gas mileage in its class.

Im just in the dark as that one as you all are, they're pretty tight lipped on it only saying its coming. The dealers want a 3rd row crossover and it looks like we shall get it, soon. Hopefully we will see some stuff this Jan for Detroit Auto Show
Personally Im happy they didnt change the GS or Ls mouse to the pad, the pad is nice and all but it can be a bit of a hassle when your trying to do something, there are pros and cons to both.

Funny you mention that. I find the look of the pad more appealing however I find the mouse operation easier to use.
