Hello all,
I just wanted to introduce myself and say that this site has helped me a lot and i hope to bring what i know so i can help. I am a Lexus certified detailer at a dealership in VA. I dont have a lexus yet but i will be able to lease one next year. I hope to learn a lot on this site so that i can see what our customers think and get new ideas.

Lol. there is no such thing as a Lexus certified detailer. I bet it's just a made up profession name to make them sound better. please prove me wrong and educate me otherwise.

There is a certification process where you take online tests for all different models, paint, detailing, etc. Once you pass the tests you are certified. Then you go to classes and you eventually recieve senior certified and then more classes and three years with lexus you are master certified.

Guess I was wrong. thx for the info. Although I still think most dealership detail departments are hacks, but it looks like you might be one of the different ones outta the bunch.
