Default Picked up a VW Jetta

Picked up a 2014 Jetta today. My wife really liked it and since we did not go through with other Lexus we went with this Jetta.

Congratulations. Enjoy it. VW tried to cost-cut material quality too much with the last Jetta, but that has been somewhat rectified on the latest model. Also improving is the worse-than-average reliability record of older models.

Congrats, did you go with the S and the ancient 2.0 or the SE with the new 1.8T?

Nice choice. Clean, modern, gimmick-free styling, decent handling, and safe. Enjoy.

The last Jetta was a gem, do you mean the pre face lift version of this generation?

Stark interior, especially in black. Tough entry and egress for tall people and you miss some headroom as well. Despite that, I still ask for one as a rental when I can. Solid, billet feel to it.
