I really like the Q50, and honestly I'm OK with the edge being taken away if I were using this as a DD and had a solid commute. I'm not sure what's going on with those wheels, they look similar to the ones you can get on a
370Z.
I want to like it, I really do. The interior materials just feel a bit off to me. Not necessarily cheap, but definitely a bit hollow if that makes any sense.
To be honest, I haven't seen scads of either the Q50 or new IS in my area... yet. But both cars are selling at around a 3,000 - 3,500 per month clip so we'll be seeing plenty around in time.
I'm starting to see them here and there in the DC suburbs, but not a whole lot.
Glad some folks are seeing them. They are 's around the Bay Area. Seen two in the wild since it's launch - not including the ones we had at the Automall
I will say, like och, here in the nyc area I am seeing more and more q50's around.
I'm in North Jersey and i drive into Manhattan / NYC often and i honestly can count on one hand the times I've seen the new Q50's. All in either Black or White ........ looked very nice IMHO
I like how Infiniti, like Lexus, now has two entry luxury sedans, one aimed at sporty and involved driving and the other aimed at luxury and comfort, while unlike Lexus, Infiniti does the latter without using a non-premium platform and risking harming the premium status of the brand. The Q50 is really how a replacement to the I35 is properly done.
