Dealers are pushing Q50s with nice leases. They're everywhere in S Fla now.

FFM, you are lacking facts.

I have owned Honda, Acura, Toyota and Lexus.

The Q50S Hybrid AWD is the best car I have had (ok, until my new NSX showed up last week).

Manufacturers provide incentives to move units. Infiniti has had a history of cheap leases to get folks into the brand.

Haha it's just a personal opinion. It's an overpriced Nissan in my eyes. Which aside from the GTR makes nothing of real value.

Hey, everyone is entitled to their opinion

I can say from over 3 years and 48,000 miles, the Q50 is an excellent car

The reality of the luxury market is that value is not linear with price. A Camry, Accord or Altima provide excellent value. If you want more luxury/features, etc.. you are going to the Lexus, Acura or Infiniti store.

The Q50 is the best deal for a RWD platform Japanese entry level luxury sedan with a usable back seat.

And Lexus is an overpriced Toyota and Acura is an overpriced Honda. Same logic. I like Toyota/Lexus but would consider the TT Q50 over anything that Lexus currently offers in same price range. I like boost

Agreed, which is why when people assume I like the Lexus brand I correct them, no I just liked the ISF enough to purchase a Lexus. I have no real brand loyalty. I believe most of the car manufactures make at least one "good" car. For differing reasons.

Maybe the Q50 Red Sport is that one Infiniti that separates itself from the rest of the brand. Otherwise for the most part they are pretty meh to me. My slight bias in terms of luxury/performance would be towards euros. As a competitor, I think I'd opt for the C43 AMG over this. Leased or CPO, that euro depreciation, ouch haha.

I had a Q50S for a week. It was fully loaded and had DAS. It was fast and luxurious and handled decently. The IS350 was far better in terms of steering feel and dynamics. If I wanted a luxury muscle car, the Q50 RS would really fit my bill. I wanted more of a smaller, nimbler handler so I chose the 350.

The one that splits this difference is the 340. Handles better than the Q50 and almost as fast but steering feel isn't quite as nice as the 350. I wanted to keep my car for 6-7 years so this put the BMW out of consideration.

People say Lexus, Acura's, and Audi's are just overpriced Toyota's, Honda's, and VW's. With the Japanese brands you tend to get much better reliability, they have their pluses and minuses. I say the new Q60 coupe briefly on the road, nice looking car, better then the previous one but I still really like the originally G35 coupe.

How does the Q50 compare to the GS 350? They are about the same size (188.3" vs. 190.7")

It's more of an IS competitor.
