The interior looks nice, the exterior is a bit too generic for my tastes but at the same time it is much better than the overwrought styling of Hyundai. All in all I think Honda has done a very good job.

I was curious how the car would look sans emblem, it does bring out the generic nature of the front, but this is true of many cars.

In the history of Camry, was there ever one that didn't look cheap and uninspired?

You can never tell noise level from a video, the Autoblog article just confirmed the typically high road and wind noise from previous Accords, are still there.

Yes generation 3 Camry (1992-1996) and the car still looks good today.

You must meant a GS300...............because no V6 Accord can keep up with even a GS350.

You must meant like a 525i or 528i before they were turbocharged........yeah those were dogs.

This latest V6 Accord won't even hang with the latest turbo 4 bangers 528i in a straight line, the only Honda that can hang with the latest 535i is the NSX.

i think this front with simple bar grill, honeycomb lower grill, and recessed fogs is very elegant.

certainly better than this:

And in the video above it, the guy clearly states that the Accord was extremely quiet, luxury car quiet. So, who to believe?

2013 BMW 528i (turbo) Vs. 2013 Honda Accord V6 Sedan.

I'll be placing my bet on the Accord!

I was just guessing from the top of my head, now that you called me out, I looked up their test #s:

2012 BMW 528i with the turbo 4:

240 hp / 255 lb-ft with 8 speeds auto:

0–60 mph 5.9 sec

1/4: 14.4 sec @ 96.3 mph

2011 Accord EX-L V6:

271 hp / 254 lb-ft with 5-speeds auto:

0–60 mph 7.0 sec

1/4: 15.1 sec @ 94.5 mph

Now this 2013 Accord got 7 more hp and a 6-speeds auto, so it should do 6.7 0-60 and 14.8 in the 1/4................that's what Camry/ES350 does with their 6-speeds.

The BMW Turbo's peak torque at 1250 rpm compare to the 5k rpm of the Honda, BMW got 8-speeds vs. 6-speeds of the Honda. Then RWD have traction advantage over FWD in a drag race situation.

Which one would you bet on now?

People still thinking of old 525i with 170 hp and a 4-speeds auto, of course they were dog slow and everyone made fun of them. All latest turbo Bimmer are crazy fast for what they are. The latest turbo 328i equal the performance of the E36 M3 in a straight line.

The Accord Sport looks TONS better than the Camry SE, but the camry hybrid beats the Accord hybrid. Honda's hybrid styling is just quirky.

On the good side, I'm glad Honda modeled the front end after the 5th/6th gen accords. Those were back in the good ol' Honda days. 90s Honda did not have USB grills

This is a traditional ricer argument. Who cares if a V-6 Accord is faster than a 528 BMW. Its a 5 series and it could be a 508, it would still > the Accord.

Have you even been inside the 5 series let alone driven it? Then you can easily chip the 5 series and modify it.

Are we really drawing comparisons to the 5 series? Its like saying the ES 300h gets better gas mileage than the small 2 door, 2 seat CR-Z hybrid. Who cares.

Thanks for providing some sanity to the thread.
