i think they're reputable. if you ordered it on sunday, that means they probably didnt recieve it till end of business monday. then, they had to put the order through the bank for payment, which probably didnt happen until tuesday, confirmation didnt get back to them until late tuesday or today.

worse comes to worst, shoot them an email if possible just give them enough time to get it all taken care of. i'm sure theyre on it.

They are very good on customer service. I ordered a shift kit from them and it came in a week. Oh they maybe in texas for the big supra meet. Check the website again, because I few of the Supra websites have posted delays in shipment due to some event they were attending. Also they may not have them in stock, they should get back to you if they don't and have to special or reorder it.

Suprastore.com (also known as Titan Motorsports in Orlando, FL) are good people. I have done a lot of business with them in the past and they have come through for me. I know for a fact that if there is a delay, it's for a valid reason.

I didn't know it was titan I was dealing with. I should take my car down to florida and drop it off with a credit card and tell them to have fun.

I actually am in correspondence with them now regarding their $1,599 single turbo kit. I've been impressed with how responsive they have been.

funny.... when I asked this same question on supraforums I got nothing but bad responses about them. I ordered something from them a few weeks back, I recieved the part but it took two weeks longer then promised. It's pretty hard to ge tthem to pick up the phone too.

The only difference between the two is ownership. Titan is owned by local guys while Suprastore is owned by Mark Tozer (IIRC). Suprastore.com is more of a Turn-key store front... All the parts are shipped directly from their warehouse in Orlando. Saves on shipping for any of you guys from Florida...

Go figure, we're both been following the same thread regarding "boosting" a GS300

its pretty common. I used to call 10 times a day and noone would pick up. The best time to reach them from my experience is around 4-5 ocklock... try extention 8 and ask for Andrew, he really helped me a lot, nice guy.
