If I were to stop making my payments on my 2007 LX470 (we didn't activate the LexusLink or whatever it's called, but I know that option is there), and then drive my Lexus across the country to spend the summer (hidden, I guess), could they find find me anyway, because they know where I am at all times? Like they could just dispatch some sort of GPS signal on my car, and send the repo man? Or would I be safe (at least in that aspect) until I turn the car into the dealership at the end of the summer?
I don't want to do anything illegal, I just want to drive the car for a couple extra months until I have to turn it in.
Still shady. If you are that type of person then go for it. Don't expect to gain any respect though. You would have to be more than a couple months late on payments before the send it to collection and sick the repo man on you. So you should be safe, but it sure won't make you look good. Plus, why would you want to screw around with you credit history like that? Hardly seems worth it too me.
We're filing for bankruptcy in September, our attorney told us to stop making payments on almost everything until we file. It's a horrible situation, our credit is already ruined and is only going to get worse. I'm not looking to steal the car here, just drive it a couple extra months until I turn it in. Not going to trash it or steal it anything. I don't even know when they would come looking for it, this whole scene is entirely new to me.

First of all, sorry to hear of your situation.
Sound like a lease...??? If so, once the time is up, it's up. Once the length of the lease contract is up, you are no longer an authorized operator of the car. Since the lease company is the rightful owner they can contact Lexus Link to activate the GPS and find it.
I've never leased before so my knowledge of contract law in this area is a little sketchy.
