hyundai genesis (merged threads)
Kind of has a little W208 Mercedes S Class look up front. I tell you, this car looks a lot more European than Asian. The back end has a BMWish look to it for me. I really hope this car drives and holds up as well as its exterior looks. It really would be a shame if this car sucks and falls apart.
meowCat --------- I as well appreciate the vehicle however I must say that you seem to respond to everything in this thread prompting me to ask do you work for H?
Your rebuttal to every comment is concerning?
Maybe you should allow the thread to take a "natural" progression.

I didn't think I was refuting to every comments made by others here in this thread. This is nothing actually... I didn't even start it, but yes, you are correct. I am not gonna flood this thread. This is the Hyundai discussion. Actually, you need to be thankful that I'm posting pics and all the support I'm contributing on my part. Instead of whinning you need to be thankful about it.

Seriously though, thanks for the updates and pics.
Let's all keep in mind that we should be respecting one another as much as possible. We're simply sharing thoughts, opinions and ideas. If you feel the need, attack ideas - not people...

This was not the base model reviewed. Check the part 1 video. The base model is the Grand in Korea, the model reviewed was the Luxury model, one step above the Grand.
It's pretty surprising that he didn't like the Genesis. His family has owned 9 Hyundais so that really says something. Looking at the video, the car looked a little nervous in the corners. It's also surprising to hear that the V6 version only gets 1-piston brakes.
It's safe to say the V6 Genesis will be the volume seller, not the V8 Genesis, so the review is applicable in this case.
It's also surprising that he was complaining about the pricing and options of the Genesis in Korea, saying it has no price advantage over the competition.

That's a repost. We got that already covered on thread Post # 433 by spwolf. See message below.
Plus that Korean amateur guy who reviewed it used the BH330 version, the cheapest and lowest grade and slowest car. Of course it wouldn't ride the same as the V8 Standard version in both power and ride.
Thanks!
and no problem.
I will continue to post any updates/pics as what I can.
