Abandon Mopar's out by my house..
Ive always had a thing for cuda's, challengers, road runners (had 4 of them), & just any old dodge/chrysler/plymouth from the 60's & 70's. I thought Id share this thread with everyone, I posted it a little over a year ago on a mopar forum. I dont know if anyone on this forum would find this sort of thing interesting, but I thought id share it anyways.
Ive always found abandon cars interesting, so I took these pictures & posted these stories to go along with them.. enjoy!

It is sad to see the cars rot away, but the ones on peoples driveways and immediate yards is okay. If they want to let it rot so be it. It is stupid, but whatever. The ones in the woods, even if it is on someones property should have a law against it. It is like a junk yard. If the counties made these guys pay a fine, maybe they will finally sell it or get off their buts and restore it.
There are stories like these in every city, years ago there was a 1970 Challenger convertible that sat in a driveway for years with a brick behind the tire, sure sign of a dead clutch, I decided to inquire one day and some strange guy describes the car: 70 Challenger RT convertible, 383 4 speed, white with power windows and pistol grip Hurst shifter, after admitting he lacked the funds for a new clutch he said he would never sell because after a tour in Vietnam his first stop was the Dodge dealer to order this car, have a nice day.
