Default Longo Lexus Loaners

Have a quick question. I got a loaner car from Longo Lexus, I was wondering I need to refuel when I return. My friends told me they didn't refuel when they returned it, im confused now. I thought you're suppose to refuel.

Thanks

I do as a courtesy but you don't have to. Lexus dealers have refueling stations at their dealership.

Some dealers ask you to refill but Longo doesn't. However you should take a looksee at this:

Thanks for the quick responses! I have not received a bad service from Longo (hopefully it doesnt start) except for waiting today when I went in. Took me about 40 minutes until I was called by the service advisors. This is the third time I am coming in for the same problem (rattles from the ac frame). The 2 times they fixed it, the rattles stopped for about a week and then it began to rattle again. So annoying.

I never have to refill before I return the loaners from Lexus (I've serviced in two different Lexus dealers, & it's no refill for both).
If they don't ask when they have you sign the service documents before giving you the keys, that means no refill required, they probably already took that into account in their servicing expenses.

they let you use the car for "free" so I would refuel it upon return.

Not necessarily. Some people will refuel with the crappiest gas available and some dealers don't want that.

back when gas was super expensive at like 3.50 a gallon here in CA, a lot of dealerships put up the flag and required the loaners to be refilled before returning.

but now it seems like most of them have pulled that requirement
