Feedback to Lexus
Anyone know the best way to give feedback to Lexus on their Service?
Not happy that I have to give the Service Manager the TSB # for a fix on my car... given the fix is for the '08 GS not starting and he said he was 'looking into the fix' 2 weeks ago. The fix has been out for some time.
Just feel customer service should be better... especially on a fix like this one.

The dealership left their standard message on my machine at home, asking if I was 100% satisfied... I'll give them a call directly today. If this doesn't get a positive response, then I'll hit Lexus direct.
