I actually did have that happen to me once when I was living at an apartment for a year, some dumbass kid stuffed my jeeps filler neck full of mulch. At least I hope it was a kid.....fuel pump didn't die from it but I was very leery for a month
I usually fill our Cayenne up so my wife never has to but I was out of town and she asked about where to get gas, I mentioned Shell, Exxon and a certain Sunoco close to our house but told her do not go to the Sunoco that is right around the corner from our house because for whatever reason their 93 octane is always $1 more than any other place around. What did she do, she went to the Sunoco closest to our house and took pictures for me to show me how much it was. I asked her where she got gas and when she told me I just smacked my head. I guess she tuned me out when I told her where not to go.

It's up to you, of course, but I wouldn't get too worked up about it. IMO, a couple of extra bucks for filling the tank is not worth jepordizing one's marriage.
Frankly, I'd be more concerned if she had put junk-gas in it that is not a Top-Tier brand....but, even then, it's not worth a big fight.

I had to give her a hard time because I’m usually the one that doesn’t listen. I told her no Royal Farms or Wawa gas so at least she didn’t do that. For my sons Hyundai I get the cheapest gas I can find, don’t cere about that car.

Jesus! That’s terrible.
When I was a kid there was this one convenient Exxon in Bethesda near where we lived that my Dad hated when I used it because it was so much more expensive than the others. Of course, that’s the one I always used lol. Gas was like $1.50 there…those were the days.

Well that pump clearly shows she is filling up a Corvette, not a Cayenne, so joke's on you....
usually takes until august for most storms june/july is warmup time. During storm season usually dont let it drop half a tank, sometimes stuff just pops up in the gulf. Still 3.79 regular and 4.59 premium here
Saw $4.39 regular and $4.79 high test here in southwest suburban Boston. Seen spreads as $4.29 and $4.89 for regular and $5.89 at Mobil for premium. I guess using regular and high test shows my age.
