Yup!

Like I said before I have no issue with the FWD Toyota models, but they should ALSO offer vehicles that compete with those players. GA-L is a great platform, no reason why we can't have more vehicles on it.

all this 'choice' with 4, 6, 8, whatever cylinders, hybrids, phev's, are all just rearranging deck chairs on the titanic. it will be over in a few years.

Plus, with BMW and maybe MB too not sure, they make it seamless to special order a car or SUV and get just what you want.

Yeah, energy in vs energy out is a law of physics after all. Raw fuels and nuclear always win

Same reason solar is useless, energy in vs energy out payout never happens in most cases. Nice to own as an individual though that's for sure

ICE engines aren't going anywhere anytime soon...and we will also have EV options in very similar looking models. So lots of options. Like with the 7 Series you can get an EV, a PHEV, an I6 and a V8 all in the same car.

Yep, options are a true luxury. MB isn't as easy as BMW but much easier than Lexus

Totally, agree. Luxury is choice and excess

You seem to have a negative view on anything that isn't just getting onboard with Tesla now, like everybody still choosing legacy automakers or ICE propulsion are backwards.

Most manufacturers are starting to scale back their EV plans and focus more on hybrids. Even brands like Hyundai who went all out to begin with.

But Lexus - well they have been stagnant for a while now and have an identity crisis.

With V8s revamping/coming back with the addition of hybrids???

You my fiend may be on a boat held together by flex tape. It’s just a matter of time 🦈🩸

Congrats man! I don't care that some folks have moved on from Lexus, everyone can have their own opinion I don't lose sleep over it. Lexus works best for my family and I. Seven Lexus's in a row now, the newest being my moms 2024 NX 350h, my sisters 2025 RX 350h in beautiful Nori Green, and my 2025 IS 500 one of the last USB 2.0s to roll off the line

Here’s a question for you, when the IS is gone, will you still buy a Lexus for yourself? The IS is one of the last proper premium Lexus models left.

More than likely I will. I have my eyes set on a GX, though I'm hoping and waiting on a hybrid variant to debut.

Going to one of the only other properly premium Lexus models.

You decide to get an NX or RX for yourself and we’ll talk lol

I wouldn’t mind the NX or RX, the hybrid versions my family members own are comfortable vehicles. I just wish they offered a massage seat option like the GX does!

Thanks Hoovey! I feel the same about Lexus as you do. They just work for me and feel like home. You got a beautiful IS 500! Love the color! I realize it's not for everybody, but it's my perfect car. We are lucky to have our IS 500's
