I figured even if it was for a vacation you can’t help yourself from buying another car that you could drive home and fix up.

Did you buy your 4Runner in Canada?......I notice that the speedometer is in the KMH range, not MPH. Or does it shift back and forth between English and Metric at the push of a button?

yes. Canada. The temp gauge is in C and the gauges are still in metric.

Need to drive more. My grandpa’s truck sits for long period of time and has same issue.
driven every other day. Just not long distances or hwy…04 4Runner had a rodent chew through the headlight wire, Toyota dealer taped it up no charge…maybe rodents like some sort of materials that originate in Japan?
