My wife moved from North Carolina (Cary NC) to LA after we got married, we lived in Culver City just across the street from West LA. She hated every single minute of LA. When we moved to Northern Cal for a job in 2001, she was so happy. I kid you not, she would divorce me in a minute if I decided to move back to LA. If I want to get her angry, I joke with her that we are moving back to LA after I retire, she doesn't even find that remotely humorous
Bay Area/SF is way better than SoCal, they just need to get their shyttt together and hopefully they will.
And yep, LA was such a hassle that we would stay home on weekends and watch Cops reruns. That's when we decided "let's get the hell back to Knoxville and buy a house" and that's exactly what we did!!! It's increased in value by 150%!

Northern Cal is no utopia, we have our problems, just not LA problems . I'm just here for the weather and to make a buck, than I'll be moving on as well

16:30. This is exactly what I love about ours. Lots of buttons. It's not just me. And look at that column shifter, they should offer is a n/c option on the big SUVs.
Where my wife came from, Cary NC, that put Calif to shame as far as beauty. The issue for me...hot and humid summers and lower paid salaries in my field. Although you can live a decent lifestyle making less money in North Carolina

Oh yeah, there's literally nowhere in the world I'd rather live than West Knoxville, TN. The mountains are 45 minutes away. Tons of lakes for boating. Nothing taxes. It's a beautiful area.

Like I said, I'm here for the 60F winters, mild summers and a pay day

Definitely an improvement over the 2014-2021 ugly interiors the GM trucks had, but I still can't bring myself to love all the gloss black that GM loves to use(sounds weird coming from a BMW owner but it's true).
I was showing my coworker today your W12...he was absolutely amazed by it's condition. He's a Porsche guy (two 911's) and is very familiar with Audi's
Thanks man! I try and keep her nice, snow is just a love and hate thing for me because it is so good but I hate driving it in salt. I had a hole in my customer lineup though so I did the mounts on it
Just bought it a 3rd engine today as well, this one will be used to experiment on/I want an 1000 WHP build
I hate it. Can't touch anything and it's a dust magnet, and micro scratches. Endless. Micro scratches. It took me nearly 6 hours to polish them out of the D4s, the W12 only has it around the shifter to boot and NOWHERE ELSE. They should have just make it aluminum like the dash/doors/etc....the 4.0 has it all over the dash and doors
