Buick tried selling a version of it called the Rondevous.........which, admittedly, was not quite as ugly, and somewhat less of an eyesore.

They really aren't that bad mechanically speaking other than the trans if not serviced in time. I have a customer with two for some reason both over 250k

Dumb question, what happens if someone pumps their own gas?

I did. Ours was a pavement princess. Added CarPlay. Gas mileage was between 14-20mpg. 14mpg if idled a lot in town. Could tow 5k-6k with confidence. Seated 8 several times (3rd row for small kids only). Definitely felt and rode like a BOF SUV. No repairs just replaced brakes, a battery and the fuel door spring ($7 on eBay). Few things or so it could improve at but overall good safe vehicle.

The dummies that made that No-Self-Serve policy probably don't even stop to think that they are losing gas-tax revenue from drivers who simply will not put up with that bull-s****, and re-fuel their vehicles across the state line whenever possible.

One of my favorite things of when we’re visiting Oregon…I can’t pump my own gas! Woot!
