the test drive was fine, thats why I bought it just for a change of brand after owning 5 P cars.
But the more I drove it, the more I hate it. The fit and finish is not as good, cheap plastic used on lower areas, the engine sound is fine but at higher rpm is too mute. Suspension is pure nightmare, no matter in what mode, I drove it in race and that doesn’t inspire confidence.
The worst part is the transmission, I never know what gear it would jump to.
At 500 miles, the rear spoiler already starting to acting up.
Judging from the trade in value, it says a lot of the car, Porsche didn’t even want my SL, I had to sell it back to my dealer.
Now im in a Boxster 25th
anniversary, couldn’t be happier since its 6 speed manual and 4.0 non turbo. Think I will keep it while waiting for something else exciting to come.
