On the floor it's about 60". Width at the top is about 56". The opening is about 48".
Sound very wide. On my m35x it's about 35" at the narrowest point and the m35 is a roomy car. Usually the rear wheel arch make that area narrow. Here is a pic of the area I am referring to.
