Swapped over servo and position sensor from my spare/original TB. Adjusted throttle stop setscrew to raise idle speed. Polished the edge around the throttle plate, cut plate screws flush, threaded and tapped for Ti screws, and re-installed. Revised tune with new target idle tables from Loi working perfect so far.
Follow up on the P2111. Toyota released L-SB-0032-25 late July I believe. Supposedly, fix for the P2111/P0505 (accelerator stuck open/idle control malfunction) is a new Throttle body and updated #2 and #3 vent hoses. I’ve already fixed the TB 40+cycles since the TB rebuild and no P2111) and decided to go ahead and order the updated vent hoses. I expected to see obvious differences but both look exactly the same.
3.13:1 final drive, OS Giken TCD LSD, track edition axle shafts. Will send ring and pinion out for Cryoheat treat and WPC. Brand new 3.13:1 differential.
