Got a full set of TE/FE brake calipers!
1.8mm hub shims needed to center the FIGS/RB ccm rotor to the new caliper.
Rear RB 380mm ccm pads fit perfectly. Even with the TE anti-rattle clips.
Onto the front:
Front pads, on the other hand, are just 5mm short.
pins line up.
So, to not waste the pads, I love ‘em BTW, I welded some 2.5mm stainless on each end of the pads.
Now they fit perfectly in the caliper.

Never had the brake wear sensors mounted on the pads since I put the ceramic brakes on.

Finally decided to install the CF lower grill piece, got it off eBay pelted with rock chips, cleaned it up and refinished it with 2K clear. Also, installed some mesh behind the oil cooler grills and lower main grill. And obviously replaced some fasteners with titanium

Got the rest of the Ti and Al fasteners I was waiting for and finished re-installing the bumper cover!
cleaned up some wiring as well!
Before. Twisted, stressed wires.
After. Unplugged connector, untwisted wires, and tied neatly.

Simple swap, since I don’t need the seat memory buttons anymore. Interior door handle from TE/FE (thanks to @sensai for the info) And as usual, replaced fasteners with Ti and Al.
Holy canoli, you don't spare any expense for your car. It's almost like I'm looking at art I can't afford vs looking at a car. Absolutely incredible. I wish I could do what you do.
