Painted my engine covers

Main cover is sprayed satin lagoon and the Lexus emblem is plastidip.

The other covers are sanded down and plastidipped too. Not the greatest job, needs a touch up soon

Sorry Bob but that is ugly and I would certainly redo it quickly. I do like the other things that you have done but not this.

No worries, I know that everyone isnt going to like it

I was thinking about powder coating my wheels a teal color, but decided to just paint the engine cover instead since I like the color.

Very nice car looks real good from the front.
I want to do this as well.
I would also have to do all other chrome items in that same color.
I cant nut up and do the LED headlights as they are way too much for headlights IMO but damn they look so good. I want to black out my emblems as well.

I was thinking about blacking out the rest of the chrome, but Im going for a classy yet aggressive look, which I think Im starting to pull off.

I used to have my entire grill plasti dipped and also the chrome around the window trim. Looked too over the top in my opinion.

Bro you have to get the headlights lol. They make a huge difference! Plus they are actually on sale right now for $600 off!

I also had a black pearl emblem before but I didnt like it too much. I prefer the look of the chrome emblem with everything else around the grill black or color matched

The grill surround is from my stock grill, and the insert is the fsport insert that Sewell sells for 09-10,

Fitment is perfect
